Though Ein may appear to be an ordinary Welsh Corgi, he is anything but ordinary. Ein is a "data dog" developed at an illegal research lab for unknown purposes. Signs of Ein's true nature are demonstrated time and time again but most of his human companions never notice. He seems to be able to drive, answer the phone, activate machines and even hack into computer systems. Jet and Ed adore the brainy pooch and Ein is genuinely attached to the crew of "Bebop."
